Once again, Watcher, you have reached an erroneous conclusion about what I believe. You are mistaken to say that I believe that queers are entitled to fewer rights than others. I don't. So, once again, let me state my opinion.

I believe that gays are not entitled to protection as a special interest group. Individually they already have the same rights as every other man. As a special interest group they do not. Am I confusing you, Watcher? Let me explain the ramifications.

As a man, you have the same rights as every other man. No more. No less. All laws apply to you the same (your being gay notwithstanding) as any other man. However, if gays were a special interest group, then that status would change. At that point you would be correct that the law discriminates against gays in some areas. So here is where we differ on this issue. You believe that gays deserve protection (and therefore special considerations) as a special interest group and I do not. You believe that if gays had that status, there would be little or no impact on the rest of America. I disagree. I believe that there would be a tremendous impact on the traditional American family. Not only that, but there could be a significant financial impact in the area of health care. I'm not certain about that because I haven't done a study on that to know one way or the other.

Watcher, I hope I haven't been too presumptious and read into your statements things you didn't intend to say. If I did, I apologize. Please clarify any misconceptions.

BTW, "preposition" is a part of speech including words such as "of, at, in, through," etc. I think you meant "proposition" which means "something offered for consideration or acceptance."
