I do not think that being gay is a sin. Nor do I see acting on it as being a sin. I do think that seperating sex from love can be sinful, thus I would make a distinction between screwing a different partner every night, and having a long term commited relationship with another man. I am a supporter of gay rights, including the right to marry (or have a civil equivelent of marriage) and the right to adopt. You do not have to appologize for love, and you do not need to be forgiven for loving. Frankly I don't think god really cares if you are gay or straight. God created you the way that you are, and as such must love you the way that you are. |
