It took me a while to figure out just what advice I should give about this.

For me, I approach my sexual fantasies as if they were dreams. That is, they have a symbolic, hidden meaning. And, as such, it'll be up to you to figure out just what the details of the symbolism is. Analyse them as if they were dreams and see just what they represent.
