Most of us in this forum have gone through the "phase" that you describe. To most of us the realization that we are what we are has been virtually overwhelming; some have even been brought to the brink of suicide. You are partially right in what you say about the support of God and religion. Religion, as most know it, will not support you in your desire for God's love as long as you are a pedophile, but God will. God loves you, and there is nothing you can do about it. And as long as you truly love Him, He will do everything He can to help you realize your full potential in Him. He may not take your sexual feeling for children away all at once, but He can help you to redirect those feelings toward helping children in ways other than sexual. There is great spiritual power in loving children. I don't know how much you have read of what is in this forum, but I'm sure that if you will take the time to read the posts here, you will find someone who is enduring or has had similar experiences. Just remember that God loves you, and that His love endures forever. 2 Peter 3:9 I encourage you to stay with us, and keep us up to date in your progress. I feel certain that there are others here who will join me in praying for you. I would suggest that in future posts you choose a different nick. The one you have may be truthful, but not prudent.
