Dusk,

I was just looking back through some old posts here, that was quite awhile ago that you posted, but I'm new here, and I just wanted to say, in response to your post, I read Chris's and I could not agree with him more. I was about to write you, and then thought I would read one of the other replies, and He had the exact words I'm going to write.

And that is.. Put God First.

What really helps me through this, is thinking of all of the things that He has done for me, is doing for me, and always will. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He died on a cross to save me from eternity without him. He knows every sin I've committed, and everyone I will before I leave this world. This is reassuring, because I know that he loves me. He told us that if we were to believe that he died in order to save us, repent of our sins, and be baptized in the name of the lord Jesus Christ, that we would be saved, and that is his promise. When I think of all these things, I just feel like repenting every second, and just begging for his forgiveness for what I have done in the past, and even small sins I commit daily. We all do. But He knows, and he cares and still loves us unconditionally.

The main thing is, just remember who He is, what He has done for us, and accept him as part of every second of your life. Remember that He is in the same room with you in whatever you do. There is no hiding from His eyes. And once you have been baptized in the way that He asked, His holy spirit lives in you, and will guide your life.

And always remember the phrase.. "What Would Jesus Do?"

God bless.

With brotherly love,

- key
