| it's great to see that almost every post in this thread has to do with, as you say, our sexual fantasies following our emotional passions. even with this woman i'm falling in love with... she is very pretty, but i wasn't sexually attracted to her at first... and then i was able to talk with her and find out how smart she is... i started falling in love with her, and now my sexual interest in her is starting to rise. i looked deep into her eyes to see if she was the one for me. is this the one, God? i asked. i tried to imagine us together forever, and it wasn't difficult. if she becomes my girlfriend, she'll be the most gorgeous one i've had, and i've had a dozen. i wonder if our passions and interests trigger some kind of chemical reaction within us to produce sexual urges. if so, then sexual attraction is a RESULT of our interests in others, and not always the cause. |
