Welcome to CBF, Jack. You won't find a more understanding and sympathetic bunch of people anywhere else. Your struggles are something most of us can relate to. My opinion is that a relationship between a boylover and boy can be a richly rewarding experience for both. But there are boundaries that should not, must not, be crossed. If these boundaries are crossed, the potential harm that might come to the boy far outweighs any good, even if the boy doesn't show any signs of being harmed right away. The 3 main reasons that I feel these boundaries shouldn't be crossed is: 1) God wouldn't approve. 2) It might harm the boy. 3) It's against the law and the perpetrator will probably get caught eventually. So the 3 simple reasons to maintain self control is do it for God, do it for the boy, and do it for yourself. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea for the boy to spend the night. It's just too intimate a situation for guys like you and me that have *those kinds of feelings* for boys. And if you think the potential for inappropriate behavior is too great, you really should find a way to end the relationship. Please believe me when I say that I'm not putting you down for your wants and desires. I have them too. But we MUST put the boy's welfare above everything.
