Hi Ender,
I agree with many of the other posters here that what is most important is your heart. Many men struggle with Matthew 5:28, in which Jesus said,"But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Jesus knew that men were not looking at women academically, anymore than they were subscribing to PLAYBOY for the articles (though it has many good ones). Jesus knew that man's heart was to fill his desires of the flesh, and that lust was very likely to lead to masterbation, to immorality, to both or to adultery.

Your actions with this boy don't actually change your heart. You have feelings for him whether you kiss him or not. The problem is that kissing him MAY be playing with fire. You might be able to handle going from talking to kissing without going futher today. But at some point, it might lead to something greater (particularly if he is curious enough to pursue it on his end). Furthermore, I do believe (sorry, I know many here will not agree with me here) that being sexual with this boy, or even causing him to have fantasies about being sexual with him, MAY POSSIBLY lead him to explore homosexuality that didn't need to be explored. I do believe that some people have a propensity to be gay, but that they can live normal happy heterosexual lives if they grow up in the right envinronment.

Okay, so the real question here is will your kissing lead you or him into something further than exists today. If not, then kissing isn't by itself a sin. It is a sign of affection, which, when kept in check is no worse than a hug.

You are not alone.

Love,
Ben
