Dear damien, Thanks for sharing. I especially like your attorney analogy with respect to passing judgment on others. If I may pursue the analogy a bit further, I too believe in angels (both good and bad), as well as a personal devil (Satan, Hebrew: accuser) that will head up the prosecution when we stand before the Judge. God will deliver a death sentence, then come down from the bench and serve the sentence by hanging on a cross. The truly sad thing is how so many people stand defiantly in the courtroom denying both their guilt and the fairness of the sentence, and refusing to accept the Judge’s gracious stay of execution.
