If you have a court order for equal access to your son, it is your legal right and schools CANNOT ask you to leave based on unfounded rumor, especially from a disgruntled ex-wife. First of all, PLEASE see a lawyer and put a stop to this rumor mill. You can have your wife prosecuted for slandering you like this. If there is no hard evidence (i.e. no records of criminal charges) then this rumor is slander and not in the public interest: A FACT IN LAW. Please, stand up to her and demand an apology from the school. See your lawyer IMMEDIATELY. YOU MUST STAND UP FOR YOURSELF! This is no longer a divorce, this is a serious criminal matter and you have legal rights. Tell the school you will be prosecuting them for acting on baseless slander. Tell your son that you love him more than anything else in the world, and if anybody says bad things about you, including his mother, that he is not to believe them and judge you based on YOU, and not stupid, damaging, untrue rumors and gossip. Stand up for yourself now. See a lawyer. I will be back to make sure you see a lawyer, because you have the right to be a good father and he has a right to his father, and you do NOT deserve this treatment from that awful bitch.
