Hi Tigris, I do treat boys the way that I would treat a boy if I were his dad (something that I very much want to do....I really do think that I would be a great dad). I do think that it is what I would have wanted my own dad to do, but I don't think that I really look back and wish anything. I never had a relationship with my dad and I didn't want one. There wasn't anything wrong with him, I just pushed him away for some reason. And he didn't really know how to be a dad, so he didn't fight me anyway. Just stayed busy with his work and his life and let me raise myself. You are not alone. Love, Ben |
