I would suggest imprisoning the coach for violating the court order you mentioned, if at all possible. You might well wish to discuss with your lawyer possible violations of articles 12 and 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Violating international law is usually a serious offense, especially if this coach is acting on behalf of a State institution.
