I think first-person works great for something like this. 15-year-olds may not write long letters most of the time (tho my 14-year old YF sent me a three-page hand-written letter once), they will write novels to express their feelings or share something that is important to them. So, what you wrote is not out-of-line for a 15-year-old to do -- it was just the writing style... how advanced and perfect it was... that made me think it was written by someone much older. It shouldn't be too hard to rework that. Peace, and preservere! You know, I especially like how your story shows that boylove can be used to bring someone to salvation, giving them a peace and a hope. That's a belief you and I have in common more than anything -- to be spiritual mentors to our YFs. !!! :) Splash |
