I know what you're going thru. I wish there was more i could do, but I WILL pray for you. One way I've found to help curb an obsession is to force yourself to engage in other activities not related to the obsession. Go to a sporting event, go to a movie, or start a hobby, anything to get your mind off the obsession. Oh, and go ahead and scream your lungs out if you feel like it. Sometimes that helps. Dakota |
