Pray these words often enough til they can become part of your life. You can give whatever lonliness and sadness you are now feeling to GOD. By that I would suggest that as you pray to Him -- just plain GIVE to Him -- your depression! Take that monkey off your back and give it to GOD to hold.

Remember the poem about the Footprints in the Sand? As GOD is walking alongside of you or me -- instead of the FOUR footprints -- there suddenly only become TWO footprints -- when GOD our Father picks me or you up and carries us on and on in life. And His is a "strong - hold"!

My prayer for you will be to let GOD carry you and your depression so you are not feeling alone ne-more.
