Having suffered from depression in the process of working through and learning to accept my BL, as well as my inability to have a normal relationship with a woman, I can relate to what people are talking about! I have been on a Prozac related medication in the past, and have found it to be helpful. I now use St John's Wort and also find it helpful. I tend to get worse in Winter, and find I have to increase my dose. I have found my faith to be a great comfort in these times, and also the knowledge that "feelings are like the weather, and like bad weather, bad feelings will soon pass". Hang in there! Sardis |
