as by orthodox Christian standards Mohamed was a false prophet, and if you take the Koran seriously, Muslims should all be out there fighting to impose Sharia law on us all. On the other hand I have little doubt that some Muslims have found their way to God despite all that - I'm more and more convinced that the core question is something about 'Why do you think you are accepted by God'. The Christian answer has a lot to do with the cross of Jesus - but boils down to accepting God's grace and forgiveness in your life. And I suspect many others do accept that they aren't going to make it by their own efforts and call out to God on that basis. And one of the few advantages of being a BL is that it is usually difficult for us to believe that we are good enough to scrap into heaven because we are good guys..... So - a slightly guarded welcome from me I'm afraid - but let's see what emerges! And I think you're being pretty pessimistic in assuming that you've got to end up in jail; some of us have lived twice as long as you (and then some) without coming to the attention of the authorities, and it is the intention of most of us on this site never to act sexually with a boy - and so we should never do so!! By the way - you're not the youngest regular poster - though he seems to have gone into hiding recently - so don't feel worried that we're all as old as I am. Finally - I'd encourage you to have a read of the links about secure email; hotmail has the distinct disadvantage of revealing the IP address from which you're sending your email - which in your case would reveal the country - which is probably unwise. So I suggest you give ziplip or one of the others a whirl... |
