| This is a common problem. Ben is correct in pointing out that the real problem is lust, not moving your hand up and down. That is natural and if you don't do it, your body will do it for you (nocturnal emission). Addiction is a powerful thing, and that is the thing to fight. I must admit that I have never really had this problem. It is only because when my friend showed me how to do it, I was too young to know that it had anything to do with sex. Thus, no fantasizing. I still just do it with no thoughts of sex and find that it actually makes me a much better person. Maybe you will be able to achieve the same thing. If you can make it through the act without fanasizing, your mind will probably clear up and you will gain some perspective. I hope this helps. |
