we used to link directly to Religious Debate Chat at the top of this index. However, after they went to a password-protected format it seemed less relevant, in particular for "flaming" guests to go over there and register. It remains true, however, that meaningless flame wars are discouraged at CBF. Generally, we tend towards a very calm, peaceful atmosphere. At times, however, we have had lively debate on topics such as homosexuality and the Church. It is not our policy to close discussions or to disallow conflict. We do delete "spam" which is defined as meaningless flames. I would hope that one hostile thread wouldn't change the welcoming spirit of CBF. (and it got you to de-lurk!) Peace of Christ, Bach |
