Answer to a Prayer

Hey Guys, Just thought I would share some amazing news (at least to me). I had been feeling pretty down since my last time spent with TJ. It was obvious that he was lukewarm about us hanging out. I prayed that God would use me to help him, because I know that he just bounces from one adult to another, depending on who will give him his way. I got a call today from his uncle saying that he had talked to TJs mom about me being TJs big brother, and working with him. Not only was she open to it, she told him (the uncle) that TJ is on the verge of failing school and that she doesn't know what to do with him. She even was curious about my conversion to Christianity. Truly her heart is open to getting help with her son and perhaps to even learning more about God. I am so greatful to God that he moved in such a powerful way today! I love TJ so much, I want to work with him, to help him get his grades up, to help him develop some boundaries and hopefully to steer him towards God and away from trouble. To God be the glory!
