Hi Darius, Thanks for this great story. I can so relate to what evolved between you and Brian. With the exception of the public affection, and being called on it, most of my 'relationships' with boys have ended in them gaining an interest in other things and me feeling a total emptiness. This is perhaps what boylove will always feel like. I do hope though that you can find it in your heart to see that Brian finding a girl and being interested in her, should not make you angry. If you truly love him, you will be happy for him that he has found someone for himself. You should also be happy that he is not a BL himself, for his life is likely to be an easier one to live because of this. While I do accept who I am, I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Interesting though, as you take a step back from your story, that you already move on to other boys (Kyle, David, etc). Were a woman writing a love story about a guy named Brian, she would start and end the story with Brian. Isn't it so like us as BLs to be already moving on to the next boy. It is sad to me, that the boys we love are so fleeting that we have no choice but to do this. As I got older, and got hurt more and more, I learned not to get attached and to move on as you do. This was a double edged sword. While it prevented alot of the heartbreak, it also meant that deep, meaningful, long lasting love would not come easy. Thanks for sharing. You are not alone.
