tigris -
I have never had a YF even remotely suspicious or questioning of my actions when I got older. Granted, I don't remember having done anything more than give a few backrubs, mostly when I was in high school and used to babysit. In general, my relationships were physically unaffectionate, though I did often take pictures of them (legal ones of course, though often in a place where I knew they would have their shirt off, like the beach).

I have found though a certain distance that alot of boys have shown towards me as they age. I have always attributed this to the fact that I seem to be so less interested and attentive to them when they are older, that it feels to THEM like I like them less. I always care, always want to know how they are doing, always am open to being a friend to them. Most just 'move on' in their lives, though there is usually an unspoken common communication that we have, a remnant from earlier days. There are a few boys who have hung onto the relationship, and I have very much enjoyed them growing into young men.

You are not alone.

Love,
Ben
