Hi tigris, I don't have too much time this AM but I wanted to respond to your story also, and to tell you that your story is very similar to many BLs in many ways. For myself, I too was a loner though I have a few very close friends. I was small and didn't think I was good at sports. (I later found out that I could be, I just needed someone to teach me and to show me what I can do.) My dad was very busy and wrapped up in work and his hobbies. He did try to interact with me but I usually was holed up in some closet pretending that it was a spaceship. I was extremely controlling as well. I didn't let anyone tell me what to do. I do remember early times in elementary school (probably not as early as first grade....more like 3rd or 4th) when I would see boys without their shirts and have strong feelings, but not associating them with sex. Unlike you, I encountered nudity and sexuality at summer camp. By the time I was eleven or twelve, I was surrounded by boys who knew way too much. I learned about masturbation by sixth grade and was a regular participant. I became sexually addicted by age twelve. I truly wish that I had never enountered that knowledge, just as you seem to wish that you had never encountered pictures on the net. From the garden of Eden forward, it has been knowledge which gave life to sin. I have come to believe though that God has a plan in all of our lives, and we have come to where we are by his design. It is a comfort to know this. It is a comfort to know that we have a gift with young boys (and kids in general) that we can use for His purpose. You are not alone. Love, Ben |
