I'm probably one of the more conservative fundamentalist types among this community, but I appreciate learning from others who are not like me. I've had to re-evaluate my Christianity a lot since first posting here. I was raised to believe things without questioning why I was supposed to believe them, and every now and then (because of others like you) I'm forced to rethink why I hold certain beliefs. Sometimes I find out that I don't know why I believe what I do. Even recently, I've learned a lot about grace and love from reading what others have to say about it here. I think we are all able to learn something from each other, however big or small, and even when it appears as if no one's listening. Please feel welcome here. I remember some of your posts from a year ago or so. I look forward to more. Splash |
