Hi bpr, I have attended a few Baptist churches and have been a member of a First Baptist Church at one time. Although I have always kind of felt the need to "explore" different denominations and at the present I see them as being, for the most part, good...each in it's own way. I was brought up a Catholic but as a teenager became interested in the Assemblies of God Church, so I guess that will tell you about the kind of diversity I have experienced so far. My basic Christian beliefs, however, are the same as your own. That also applies to my sexual orientation. We are a "phenominon" in our world because it is not generally accepted that we can even exist as both Boylovers and Christians. And yet, here we are! And here YOU are and I would like to welcome you here! We trully need any and all who would be willing to come and journey with us. The life that God has given His children is indeed a journey. A journey that can be frightening and almost impossable for one trying to do it alone. We aren't meant to do it alone. God is with each person, of course, but He often chooses to take the form of other people, other Christian people, in that person's life. Ok, I'll quit being dramatic and just say,"Welcome"!
