...because I think you've only touched the surface of what's here for you. There are many of us who think differently from Forgiven, but who tend not to join in these discussions simply because we don't like the heat. But I will on this occasion, to try to redress the balance. Most of us are simply here because we are boylovers, and want to support each other. There's much that you can give and receive, I'm sure. We know you're a Muslim, but so long as you're happy joining in a Christian forum, we're happy as well. You know, I honestly think Forgiven is happy to have you here as well; it's just that he can't help saying what he thinks, and doesn't realise how it comes across. I'm one of many here (almost certainly the majority) who would not say what Forgiven said about Islam. Yes, I'm a Christian, and I don't accept Mohammed as the prophet, but I'm happy to say we believe in the same God, even if I include Jesus in a way you don't, and even if I don't accept Mohammed. "There is no god but Allah." Thus far we agree. You add "Mohammed is his Prophet"; but instead I add "Isa (Jesus) is his Son". Neither of us can accept the other's view at this point, indeed you probably find my view offensive, but at least we can say so. But this isn't the real purpose of this board. Most of us would welcome you to stay around and discuss the real issue of boylove, which has somehow got forgotten in all this. With love, Jules |
