Hello again my friend, (sounds like a song, dosen't it?) Yes indeed, that is going to be great! I can't wait either. I envision many long evenings in that chat room, probably squeezing in an hour or two of sleep before work. I know me and I know how I get when I start talking with friends online. Just ask Andy. Anyway, I guess I can say something about my "other concerns" because as far as I can tell, things are going to be ok. So please don't worry about me, ok? I have told Andy about this but I have pretty much kept it to myself until I found out more information. I went to the hospital last week because I have been getting some fairly persistant chest pains lately. So I went to the hospital and they took me into the emergency room because they always do that when a person goes in with that kind of thing. They hooked me up to machines and took more blood samples than I have ever had taken at one time and gave me a week off from work until they could run a stress test on me. That is what I just finnished about fifteen minutes ago. I stopped in to the library right afterwords because it is right on the way home. Well, by the looks of everything I think I am going to be ok. I will get the official results in a day or so I think, but so far all looks well with me ole' ticker. I guess it is going to be like the battery...it keeps going and going and going...ha ha ha! So, anyway, please don't worry about me, but I don't mind if you want to pray, of course. God is always, always, always (emphisis on always) with all of us and He is keeping His children safe and well. We have much to do for Him and it won't get done if we start going on home too soon! I got THE most beautiful accoustic guitar! It's just a dream and I fell in love with it the minute I picked it up. I am still hoping to get together with you and other folks here who play for a cool jam session some day. |
