Hi, I appreciate your response and the length of time it took of you. We are all hypocrite. I certainly am one. What bothers me is not people talking behind someone's back. That is human nature. But what bothers me is the putting down of someone who believes differently. Honestly, I hate the Pope and the Catholic doctrine and the leadership. But I don't hate Catholics for they are the same as me and believe in the same God. It bothers me that at almost any Christian function I go to, Catholics are put down. Am I expected to not love my late mother because she believes in Catholicism? I don't think the putting down of another's faith is right. And when I attended masses, the Catholics also put down Protestants. |
