Sure. I was raised a Christian, but never knew Jesus. I just believed he was there. Last fall I realized that he didn't fit into my (admittedly very limited) understanding of the universe. I had few problems believing his existence, but at the same time there was little going for him. He became superfluous.

In case this sounds like an overnight change, I spent about three months on the decision, talking to several experienced Christians about it. The best argument I heard was that the complexity of the human body and the intricacy of physics imply that there must be a Designer behind it all. A beautiful and enticing thought. Still, assuming that much seems unfounded. I have always liked to stick with what I can know, and, beyond that, just keep my options open. In short, I can't disprove God, but it doesn't seem worth the effort trying to believe in him either.
