I believe God condemns sexual acts with kids and also condemns sexual thoughts that are dwelled on. I don't believe God condemns us for merely our attractions, whatever they may be. The thing I wish I could shout from the rooftops for all boylovers to hear is that God DOES NOT rate sin as we humans do. Too often, boylovers are sent into deep depressions and even suicidal because they get the idea that God looks on boylovers as the world does. God is not mortified by sins boylovers may commit. He does not turn up his nose in disgust. Yes, God hates the sin of continued lustful thoughts or deeds with boys. But He also hates the sin of gossip, stealing, coveting, etc. It is only us humans who put some point value on sin. Anyone who thinks God hates a sin such as having sexual contact with a boy more than he hates the sin of having sex with a woman who is not your wife, has bought into the world's religion.....not God's.
