Yes, patron saint of evangelicals except that he smoked, drank, and believed in purgatory. ;-) Seriously, though, his science fiction trilogy is awesome. Some of his essays that have been published require careful reading, but stuff like Mere Christianity and The Problem of Pain are very worthwhile. Dirk
