you idiot. the relevance is blatant. people on this board have paedophiliac tendencies and try to reconcile their orientation with christian (or similar monotheistic) faith. hence i assumed you'd all be interested in hearing what the new primate (an authorititive christian voice) has to say about objectification of children as sexual objects. for what it's worth - it struck me as bizarre because he's been lauded in the press as a great intellect who will re-energise a Godless nation with powerful and poetic spiritual proclamations. instead we get a banal sermon about kids' talent contests and disneyland. he's supposed to speak seven languages - and has got nothing interesting to say in any of them? of course, it's possible that the media has selectively edited his dicta. |
