A friend from work needs advice + prayer.

A female friend who I will call, Eve, has a brother who's been falsly accused of a sexual offence with a minor who he's looked after on several occasions. If he is convicted though innocent, what are the possible lengths of sentences he could get for this offence? Eve was originally a "charachter witness" but will be a "defence witness", does anyone know what this will involve in the court case. Looking for your soonest possible answers, cause my friend is leaving work to start on this case & support her brother in about a weeks time! Best regards MF72 |
