I thought that my post here was fairly clear. Please ask questions if you have them.

The "techno-babble and jargon" was not intended to add confusion.

If in fact your post was addressed to me...

Ziplip encrypts data on the server through a web interface (like hotmail). Ziplip does not offer service for email clients such as Eudora, Outlook Express or Pegasus.

Encryption scrambles the content so that people who intercept the message cannot read it. Most email messages are not encrypted. Ziplip offers you the choice to encrypt the message, but not all ziplip formats do this.

I would be happy to clarify further... but the terms I used are standard email vocabulary and not "misinformation".
