There seems to be a majority opinion here that under no circumstances is sexual contact between man and boy acceptable. Im wondering if there is anyone who feels otherwise. Yup... law aside (it really doesn't help a political struggle to prevent uncondonable harm, across multiple spectra), absolutely. When one says one's last prayer of 'dear God, I am sorry, but I cannot follow a religion of hatred' - and then 7 years later learn that the way to God (though not neccisarily some specific CHURCH's religion) has *always* been clear (and why it has been so), one begins to have high respect for 'the whole of the law is fulfilled THUS,' and weep at the pharisees' tendancy to lay heavy (and arbitrary) burdens, which they themselves would not touch with one finger... Is it as a being wishes were done to them? For each being would have done unto them that which they would wish for themselves, by definition. So, by God - whatever is towards the furtherance of the child's heart's own happiness, and no other happiness before this (at least, as involves said child). Incidentally, on the 'established harm' bit - there's mountains of studies from multiple countries which suggest quite strongly otherwise. |
