Yeah things have settled down now. I think we have gotten to the comfortable part of the relationship. You know the part where he starts to open up and talk to you as a friend. We have had some great and interesting conversation over the last few weeks. I think at first part of the problem was that he and his mom were afraid that I wasn't going to stick around that I was just going to be here one day gone tomorrow. I think that I have finally reached the point to where they both know that the commitment I made on 11-23-01 to be his mentor until he was married that I am going to fulfil it. As for my marriage it is now definetly over. She had sent me an email in June stating that she wanted to get this thing settled ASAP. I got one from her the other day saying, "Sorry the mariage didn't work,... but I hope we can get together and discuss just what happened." My reply," I'm also sorry that it did not work, but I have no need or desire to try and figure out the past. We have both said all that needs to be said about our marriage and our relationship. We need to let go of the past and start trying to build our futures. I'm sure that someone is out there for each of us, and when we find them we will understand the reason for our short time together. May God Bless and Keep You and Yours Safe and Happy."
