(knowing that you meant this message for me, here is my reply). This particular case (one of several I personally know about) was a situation where everything was initiated by the boy. Talking to him now that he is older (hes going on 17) has revealed that not only did he initiate everything, but it wasnt as spontaneous as previously assumed. He always knew (without being told) that this was someone he could "play around with", and he chose the time and place for it (he was 11 at the time). The influence on the boy has been overwhelmingly positive, as his parents have pointed out. But, I am straying from the topic. My point was that this was not sex that the adult undertook for his own pleasure (not the very first time at least), this was something that the boy asked for, and the shocked boylover who had never been in such a position before consented after a couple of questions like 'are you sure?'. I dont believe that in any of the cases the sex was what made the relationship so wonderful, but I believe it was one of many factors involved. |
