Mary's age is not given in the Screiptures, however she was old enough to be betrothed to Joseph.

In the Protevangelion (a book of the New Testament apocrypha not found in the Scriptures), Mary was raised in much the same way as Samuel was. I.e., after her birth to parents who otherwise had no children, she was dedicated as a virgin and lived at the temple in Jerusalem until she was old enough to marry.
