I haven't reported here before, but I have been exchanging some time with two boys when they come into the venue. Their not cute, but fairly streetwise kids, one's about 14, tall, the other light hair & a bit chubby. Sort of gave them the guided tour of the shop on Monday, where I chatted with them for a long time (we're really quiet at the moment), exchanged a few jokes. The tall kid said to me "Do you sell Chocolate Sundies?" I replied "We sell chocolate every day of the week." He laughed & gave me one out of 10 for that joke. Then they just keep coming back & saying hello. Also there's been a boy visiting the shop with his father, mother & sister, who could be Gay or has that sort of appearance. He's about 13 or 14, wears skin tight clothing & has one of those camp voices. Most of the time he spends with his Dad, but I got ripped off a strip by a fellow worker (who is gay), for suggesting that he might be gay. We exchanged a few glances last night, but as I have only helpful feelings towards him, as I am a protector. Don't really know what to make of him, but maybe if I had sometime to talk to him, perhaps I could be of some use to him. All thoughts are welcome. TTFN Halo |
