which is why it does the rounds in the BL community - growing up in a very strange set of circumstances - SF type, but that's not really relevant. No, there's absolutely no sexual content in it whatsoever. The later ones of the 'Speaker for the Dead' series (speaker, Xenocide and Children of the mind follow the story of Ender when he is grown up; Ender's Shadow and that series follows the life of 'Bean' - one of the boys in Ender's Game - including his perspective of the events of Ender's Game. It's one of a number of books by Orson Scott Card about boys; the Folk of the Fringe is mainly about one very damaged boy who finds real community and healing in a religious group, whilst Songmaster is perhaps his most overtly BL, focusing on the non-sexual relationship of an absolute despot with a boy, again in a SF context, though only incidentally. All highly recommended - and as I'm the one who encouraged HuckFinn to read Ender's Game in the first place, I guess I get some of the thanks....
