the book "Loving Boys" by Dr. Brongersma explores all of these cultural issues in much more detail. Unfortunately, the book is out of print and not very easy to locate. But you might find it in used bookstores (I obtained my copy with the help of Amazon's used book searching features). A note about security: Amazon's profiling capabilities are very advanced. After ordering several books from them, Amazon began recommending other books of interest to boylovers every time I log on. It seems their software can pinpoint your interests quite accurately. While this is a very nice feature that has led me to purchase a few books I had never heard of from them, some of you more paranoid types may not want Amazon to know this information about you. |
