That is a good point. I do believe, however, that God will help us to understand. I have prayed for understanding for years, and slowly, the pieces start fitting together. Observing BL boards have helped alot. Posters don't even know it, but their posts cry out to me with obvious explanations. One thing that REALLY banged me over the head was how many posters use a picture of themselves as they were boys themselves. Then, in an even more blatant hint, they would sometimes mention (after receiving complements on how cute they were) how they would like to be able to go back in time and love themselves as boys. Also, I think about when I am showing affection to my nephew or yf and how I feel while I do it. When I REALLY ponder it, it feels that the "little boy inside me" smiles, seeing how a boy is supposed to be loved by a man. It's almost therapeutic every time I hold them in my arms. The sexual aspect is back there, but I never allow it to show itself. It just doesn't make sense. Even though, my body and mind feel that it's right, my spirit tells me it is wrong. So, it may be a slow process, but it eventually starts to make sense. Now I'm not saying that BL's all are the way they are for the same reason, but I do believe there is a reason for every one of us being this way. |
