It has recently been suggested that International Boy Love Day which has traditionally been held on the Saturday following the summer and winter solstice (i.e. June 21st and December 21st) should be changed to just the June date and that the winter holiday should be cancelled. Some History The reason International Boy Love Day or IBLD was traditionally held on both days was to give Boy Lovers in both hemispheres an equal opportunity to have a nice day to participate. However, the criticism is that the December date falls to A call for a vote near Christmas. So as to better reflect the wants, needs, and desires of the Boy Love community, I would ask you to vote for one of the following options: A) Keep IBLD twice a year B) Keep the June date.
