As a former scout and scout supporter, YES, faith should be a requirement for a scout leader. Scout leaders are ROLE MODELS. This means that they are to set examples for the scouts to follow. Now, I don't think that christian sermons need to be given or anything, but a simple acknowledgment of a God is pretty much required.
