Just imagine though. There is a God, and He knew you before you were ever born. How can that be? Because you're soul existed before your physical body was created. Now tell me, if He does truly exist, don't you think you might be missing out on what life might have in store for you? It's not me that can convince you of God. Only you can finally accept the truth. God put the desire to know Him in all of us, and I believe that one day you will thirst for Him. Sometimes we mistake that thirst for something else, or we try to quench it with empty things, like drugs, sex, or any other types of addictions. My father left me when I was 8. Now, even though I didn't see him, I would still desire to be with him. Even if I had never met him, I would long for my father. This is natural to us. To every child. All long for a father, if they do not have one with them. Well, God is our heavenly Father. We have the same need for Him. He completes each and every one of us. He has been my father. He loved me when I felt that no one else did. He comforted me like no human could. Now, I agree that you can live a moral life without a belief in God. But there is SOOO much more to life than just being good. |
