"The triangle is a traditional gay symbol."

1.) I'm not a gay and I don't feel connected with them, at least not more than with lesbians, heterosexuals, or whatever.

Neither do I, but the logo isn't about homosexuality, it's about boylove.

Shall we ban the use of every trianglar shaped object or logo then? The gay movement doesn't own the triangle as a symbol and I don't feel it reffers to the gay community in this logo either. It's just a symbol which by now is commonly used to reffer to the sexual attraction which we tend to reffer to as boylove.

Exerpt from the link: "The BLogo's use is restricted to BL positive use only."

2.) Everybody defines "positive use" in another way. Even B"L"s, who molest boys, use this symbol.

The symbol or the word boylove to me is just a nicer sounding way of saying pedophile who's attracted to boys and that's what this forum is about. The label boylover to me doesn't imply that the relationship or motivations of the person in question are good, it just reffers to the sexual attraction in the same way as heterosexual or homosexual would do.

Besides... every name, logo, symbol or other label can be used in positive or negative ways by people and there's nothing anyone can do about that. The cross for instance is a symbol for christianity, yet I'm sure it has been used and abused by loads of ppl who's intentions where hardly in line with the teachings of Christ. Shall we take the logo of the cross out too then?

Why was this logo used? Well this forum was created mainly for christians boylovers, so a symbol for christianity was used and so was a symbol for boylove... it's as simple as that. ;)
