Another reason that many homosexuals become adversaries to Christians is because many feel homosexual acts as well as desires should be accepted. There are very sincere Christian homosexuals that don't think the Bible is necessarily against having a committed homosexual relationship. I don't agree with that line of thinking, but I also don't agree with how many churches will overlook heterosexual affairs, or at least treat them as if they are less sinful than homosexual affairs.
