| since you arrived on the board loudly proclaiming a willingness to have sex with a putative YF, we naturally responded in kind by loudly proclaiming the opposite view! It wasn't a case of being any more judgemental than you - in your argument you were as 'judgmental' as we were - just in the opposite direction. Any decision to act is a judgement, and the passage in which Jesus says 'Do not judge' goes on to warn us to be on the lookout for false prophets. I'm pleased you've decided to stay - it is always good to have real debates on this board and you've certainly stirred things up; I hope it will make us think rather than just retreat into predefined positions. |
