Forced, perhaps. But not by threat of violence

The boys who pose for nude pics for the pay sites are not forced by threats. If they are forced, it is by circumstance. They are poor kids, mostly from countries in the former soviet bloc. They are paid to model and do so willingly for the money. Whether there is abuse going on aside from the modeling is unknown to me. It is feasable that if they will model for money, they may do other things for money as well, things that arent photographed and we have no way of knowing about. But that is speculative and I dont know if there is any evidence of that. Im not defending these sites, I still think that whether they are forced by the threat of violence or are simply forced by their financial circumstances is irrelevant. It is still wrong to exploit children for sexual gratification regardless of whether your tool is violence or money. Aside from that, it is also wrong for us as christians to succumb to lust and view such images.
