A new admin for CBF

Nate, who has been a regular poster here for quite some time now, has agreed to join us (Forgiven and zip) as a member of the CBF admin. He'll help us keep an eye on what gets posted, intervene when needed and take care of administration issues.

When a mail gets sent to webmaster@cblf.org it gets forwarded to all three admin members, which tends to be the quickest way of reaching someone.
